Didn't take long for her to change her mind once she got out of the liberal bubble up in New York.
The question is: should we be mad at the millions like her for not being able to think their way through the liberal fog, or should we be patient and compassionate with them, after all it's the only view of the world they've ever had.

I think we definitely should be mad at their overlords for trying to keep them uninformed.

And therein lies the problem. Fear of an inanimate object. WE, must help people get over that fear. Kinda like we need to help surjimmy get over his fear of spiders.

I have a family member going through this transition as we speak.

My sister has never been against guns, just never had a desire to own one. But when her neighbor got robbed and beat up very badly, she came to me for help/advice.

Its amazing how attitudes change when violence gets in your face.

I do a lot of work with the public in regards to intoducing new shooters to the sport...handguns, to be specific.

These are people who in many cases literally have never held a firearm.

I honestly do not ever recall someone walking away and feeling the same way about shooting as they did before they had the opportunity.
