Norman Police Chief Humphrey. Does he support a ban on semi-automatic firearms?

It appears that City of Norman Police Chief Humphrey was in attendance and in support of Senator Diane Feinstein's hearing to ban semi-automatic firearms.

Watching the video she mentions Chief's of Police from "Norman and Spencer Oklahoma".

I wonder if he attended with the prior knowledge and approval of the City Council and Mayor?

I wonder if this is the offical position of the City of Norman Police Department?

I'd start by contacting the city council and asking if they are aware of it, and ask it that represents the position of city leadership. If it does, then start working towards tossing the bums out.
