Same here but I think the point he was trying to make was, "We are shocked when this kind of violence is acted out, but don't bat an eye when it's in the media."

Wayne LaPierre : C- (Came across as angry and belligerent)
Asa Hutchinson : A+ (I guess all Arkansas politicians have a gift.)
Code Pink Protesters : F (Weak attention grabbing, seen in the room as a PITA)

I didn't see LaPierre's speach as angry or beligerent. I did see it as un-rehearsed reading from a script, I would have prefered a more lively speach, but the content was spot on. I didn't catch the beginning, I got on the computer about 8-10 minutes in.

I am certainly happy to hear no cowtowing.

A Nat'l registry of the mental, limit video games and violent movies and put a Cop in every school. Surely they can do better.
