We are not doing very well at "flattening the curve".

This wont end soon, the talk this morning about partially opening back up and the PGA resumes soon as well as MBA...there will be a new spike but maybe you'll be at the games wearing your home made masks that dont help as they originally said lol.

I've heard so many stories about lack of testing supplies, and some have testing supplies but nobody to test, that there's no possible way that chart can have any consistency day to day. I would like to see a similar chart with those who test negative day by day. Some facilities are getting results back the next day, some back in 4 days, some 7 days...............it's all inconsistent data BS as this point as far as seeing trends imo.

All good points to consider. But, things would be heading in the right direction if this curve went flat.

As long as testing remains inconsistent, it may be a long time before that appears to happen. Hopefully that's not what officials are looking at when deciding to open things back up or not.

Some good news for a change....

So St Johns just did one of the first convalescent plasma transfers in Oklahoma I believe. Either way, it's said that the patient is improving.

https://www.krmg.com/news/local/tulsa-covid-patient-said-improving-after-convalescent-plasma-injection/FLXUuTejeLNwz1TrHJzvhL/

Several doctors all over the country have signed up for this apparently, but they are only allowing really sick patients, which is what they started doing with CHQ + AZ and they started easing up on that. Don't understand why they won't approve this for earlier treatment.... it's plasma?

In a personal anecdoate, a friend of our family had tested positive and was put on 7L of oxygen as soon as she got to the hospital. She was put on CHQ + AZ and went down to 2L in a few days. She hopes to leave tomorrow or Thursday. She went in, a little over a week ago.
