Every October I redo his "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and make it about the OU Texas game. He was a good guy, sad to see him go.
A lot of people don't know it but Andy was very conservative and told Rush he could use his rendition of Born Free on his radio show in the years when Rush did the thing about animal rights acitvists.
He entertained millions over the years and was very successful with Moon River in Branson. RIP

A couple of years ago, during OETA's Festival, they ran a bunch of clips from his old variety show, where he sang with a bunch of different artists from Ray Charles to Simon and Garfunckle. Man old Andy could sing with anybody! I always wanted to go up to Branson to see him live, but I waited too long. God bless, Andy! He made millions smile.
I'm kind of a Led Zepplin sort, but who the heck can't like Moon River? He had a voice for sure. Another good one lost...
