have a bunch of cards from late 80's/early 90's where can i go around okc/edmond area to get them valued/sale them, but without getting ripped off...
Get yourself a Beckett price guide and do it on your own. Then when you want to sell, you'll have a ballpark (get it?) figure.
Beckett prices mean nothing. EBAY sets the card prices these days. Look up the cards you think are worth some cash on ebay. youll kick yourself just like i did.
That's probably true. I still have my baseball and basketball cards from when I was kid. Maybe I should dig them out and look up some prices. I've got thousands, probably close to 10,000.
nowadays with ebay, you think you have a gold mine and you will be surprised they aren't worth squat.

i thought the market for sports cards collapsed with the rest of the economy.
i'm sure it did, but the cards sitting in my closet aren't doing anything..
