old s&w and iver johnson

my stepdad has these old pistol he want to sale and i dont have a clue of value,please help. one is a break open ij and then a S&[Broken External Image]W

I would think the S&W would be the more valuable one... but I wouldn't even know where to begin.

What are the models and conditions?

The Iver Johnson isn't worth too much. It's probably a .38 S&W cartridge or possibly a .32 S&W Long, both fun rounds.

The Smith looks to be an old M&P (Model 10). Nice old diamond grips on it! It's a .38 Special.

I have an idea of values on these but I don't like posting that kind of stuff on an open forum.
