Short answer is yes, but you really need to read up so that you stay within the requirements of the law.

Okay after reading a bit of it...so if my wife gets a concealed license, and she didn't have her own gun and concealed mine (registered in my name), if the gun is not registered in her name she is fined $5000?

But, there is no registry in Oklahoma.

Your wife can carry a gun owned by anyone,,,
Or she can carry her own gun,,,
It matters not.

You need to read the laws a bit more.

Or go take the class required to apply for your permit.

I think you are reading between the lines a bit too much,,,
The laws are fairly straight forward in Oklahoma.
