By the time the 'October hearing' comes around and plays-out the 'Emergency' temporary ban on firearms will have already ended. Same with the lawsuit which will be dismissed because the reason has ceased to be valid. So fed-up with all these BS games being played, all of which end up costing the taxpayer one way or another.
Yeah, there's a difference between drawing up articles of impeachment and actually beginning the impeachment process. It doesn't sound like anything is going to actually happen, so it's hard to say anything has really begun.
