Per the OK2A update I received yesterday:

Legislative Update (2/27/15)

The deadline for bills to be heard in committee in the house of origin has now passed. The following bills remain active and await a vote on the House floor:

HB1391 - will allow for portions of the SDA handgun class to be taken online.
HB1460 - adds knives to the state preemption laws and allows schools to set their own policies governing the possession of knives on their property.
HB1911 - removes switchblades from the list of prohibited weapons.
HB1936 - overhauls the licensing process for the SDA handgun license.
HJR1009 - OK2A's proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution.
The following bills have been heard on the Senate floor and have been sent to the House:

SB164 - changes the Self Defense Act which currently precludes anyone with a misdemeanor drug conviction from obtaining a handgun license. This bill would limit that preclusion to misdemeanors under ten years old. The bill passed the Senate floor 47 ayes to 0 nays.
SB41 - updates the definition of a pistol in the SDA to include weapons, such as a Judge, that fire shot shells. The bill passed the Senate floor 44 ayes to 3 nays. The three nay votes were cast by Senators Bass, Floyd, and Garrison.
SB56 - removes the requirement to include your Social Security Number on the application for an SDA handgun license. The bill passed the Senate floor 42 ayes to 0 nays.
