Hmm. That is a bit of a catch 22 isn't it. I do believe veterans should be treated to special privelidges but they dont all really go through hardly any more training than your average person could on handguns. And it would be sorta implying non veterans are second class wouldn't it.

That's a thinker.

Most people refer to the book from OSBI as the SDA. I totally understand.

That's why I like HB1796-FA7. It strikes that law, too. Basically, Oklahoma gets a clean slate when it comes to tools.

If we got it passed with that floor amendment I would be one happy camper. I wouldn't even be mad that I had to pay 125$ not a year ago for my license. Although I do think there was one thing it removed that I didn't like. But I can't remember what it was.

This may have already been asked so forgive me if it has ,but what I don't understand is how they have put the age limit at 18,but you have to be 21 to buy a handgun or have one in you possession.Isn't that correct?
