Watchdog says there are still 113 bills that could be considered today.

Well they managed to get to the bill funding the tire recycling program. It's a good thing there aren't any important bills up for consideration cause this stuff would all look pretty stupid......

Is there any reason behind the order the bills are bought up in. Like the order they were submitted?

I am not an expert on the House Procedure rules but my guess is that the floor leader has a lot to say on what order bills get introduced and the speaker only controls the parliamentary procedure, I believe.

Who ever is serving as the chair at the time has the say in what gets brought up and what gets overlooked and in what order.
