Well, we got a holiday now if that means anything. HB1511 declares June 28th as "Second Amendment Day" and it was unanimous or nearly so. Now, the question is will they honor the second amendment and legislate our right back tonight?

HB1796 is 99.9% likely to be dead. So really, its just entertainment purposes now if you're looking for open carry. There might be another gun bill or two left. We can also complain about how screwed we are.

Yes. Only hope now is an amendment to another bill, or preferably passage of SB129.

Or we can wait until next year.
