Looks like Open Carry is about to make the rounds again. I certainly hope it doesn't turn into the debacle it did last year. Has anyone seen any specific proposals yet?
All the flip-floppers from last time will vote against this time, since they know the Governor is not 1000% gonna veto it.
I still don't think it's gonna pass, but I wish it would. Would be a lot easier for me to work in the yard outside with my weapon open than concealed. Plus walking the neighborhood with The Boy, etc. I hate having to conceal 24/7.
Constitutional carry would mean no permits or otherwise statutory legislation required, no? Meaning current statute would be repealed and the Constitution amended to guarantee the right to carry?
That is not what is in the works, is it? Cool if it is, but not how I understood it.
