If the OC passed, could they get you for printing while CC?

I am having a hard time finding a holster and pistol my fat butt can carry without printing or sagging LOL
The comptac and the crossbreed styles helped me a lot with that problem
crossbreed for 1911's
comptac for mp 40..g23
on the oc issue the article I read said they were going in with 3 diff ideas..oc for permit holders over 21
oc over 18 with proper training background check ..etc..etc
then the oc for all...
dont think I would oc ..but if it lessens the printing thing.......I would carry a Bigger Gun....
.

Depending on where you are carrying, barrel length can help with butt printing.

I carry a 5" XD45. The long barrel causes the butt to get pushed tight to my body. Printing isn't an issue unless I'm wearing thin pants where the muzzle ends up printing, but I no longer own thin pants.

Constitutional carry would mean no permits or otherwise statutory legislation required, no? Meaning current statute would be repealed and the Constitution amended to guarantee the right to carry?

That is not what is in the works, is it? Cool if it is, but not how I understood it.

No I don't think that it is going to come up this year.
I could be wrong, but I think that last year constitutional carry was briefly considered in committee. Alaska, Vermont, Wyoming and Arizona have CC. I really wish we would. But considering that Tibbs and her cronies won't let even a "sanitized" version of OC out of committee, I doubt that CC will be on the table anytime soon. Maybe someday...

I'm ok with it being legal for folks to open carry... provided they go through the same checks as the concealed carry folks go through. However - IMO - I would not open carry... the only person that needs to know I am armed is ME.

My desire for an open carry law is simply so I can carry concealed without fear of being "printed" in any way. I can't envision myself walking down the street with a hogleg strapped on my thigh. And, I don't think many other people would either.

I would rather those checks be done away with.

In fact, I would like something like

“SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1291<Section No.><> of Title 21<Title No.><>, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

,I Like this idea, especially about the assuming the liability for protecting such citizen.
