"According to Oregon water laws, all water is publicly owned."

Creeping socialism sounds like.

What's next? The .gov will tell us we need a license from the government to operate a broadcast transmitter because "The airwaves belong to the people"?

Oklahoma water laws are not quite that bad, but close. Check with the Oklahoma water board.

Broadcast transmitters are closely controlled and regulated by the FCC now. Only low powered transmitters are not licensed. Even electrical appliances that might emit radio waves are regulated. As an example, if you do anything on your property that interferes with any ones television
signal you are subject to federal regulations.

Well, that's not what Matt Drudge plastered on his website. It clearly says:

Sheeple, follow your shepard.
I don't know if you blame Drudge or CNSNews for a very dishonest headline. Drudge is spreading so much manure that he can't be expected to read past the third paragraph. He's doing the Lord's work. Give him a break.

Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness) it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government...
