I’m ready for these slightly cooler temperatures they’re promising us.

I should have kept my mouth shut. Wife had me out back burning the pile of tree limbs I gathered and cut up. At least it was a nice cool morning with a gentle forgiving sprinkle. 👍🏽

I was kinda hoping to put it off until October. Maybe have some s’mores.

On my drive back home from the neuro's office the car thermometer said 68F. At 11 am. 😳 In July. 😳😳 Nice. 😁

Cool mornings here in Oregon as well, but I seem to remember seeing a 100 degree temp yesterday on the work van's thermometer readout. Morning temps are great, though.

The Grand Canyon has numerous viewpoints for seeing the canyon. This one was taken at the Duck on a Rock overlook at the South Rim.

Listening to the weather igit last night and he said something interesting. The next 6-10 days are typically the hottest days of the year and they are currently all in the mid 80s to low 90s on the extended forecast. Well below normal.

Smith River in northern California is the only one that the wife and I have ever floated. We got to go through some beautiful country and then did a guided tour through the Stout Memorial Grove of the Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park.

Saw the new Twisters movie at the Imax yesterday. Rarely is a sequel as good as the first but this one does it. Maybe even better than the first.
