That's all just theoretical though, that would be absolutely unacceptable to dohaha I'd recommend the lawyer route that has been mentioned many times since you posted this last week and refuse to let their company be the ones to do the repairs or fix the damage done to your property.
Yeah they’ve been told by both the. Cooperative and ODOT several times to ‘Get Off My Lawn’ (Gran Torino reference) and I told all of them right up front I would not accept any work by them.
