Any predictions? Will the petition be approved and if so how will the vote turnout? Anybody:anyone:

This is not the Oklahomans for Health petition to create a very limited medical marijuana market that only a very limited few can have the government-approved privilege of conducting business.

Supposedly this is a petition to actually legalize marijuana. It hasn't shown up on the SOS site yet, and I haven't seen the text personally.

Interesting, wonder if it's got less chance of passing without the "humanitarian" appeal.

with some 80% of Oklahomans in favor of legalization .. there's no reason for half measures.
it's win .. win .. our schools sure could use revenues legal pot is guaranteed to bring in.
naturally our private prisons are not in favor .. they stand to lose, then maybe not as state of Okla usually guarantees payment.
