Yes, I know preban/post ban doesn't matter here, but it still does in a few states. the guy I'm talking to is in Connecticut where not only does preban matter, but so does manufacturer.
I have a few preban receivers that I had built up way back when (yes, before the ban). All of them are now complete rifles.
Have a guy in a preban state that is looking for some preban receivers or complete lowers who might be interested.
Just curious, what is the price range on a good complete lower? I figure if I pull 3 or 4 out of my collection, I might want to replace them with similar new stuff. Haven't really kept my finger on the pulse of that price market.
