So from that claim, they (Prime) developed a new round, and then their supplier (RUAG) decided to demand up front payment, keep it for themselves AFTER payment, and now sell it themselves without permission or license?

Sounds like a great way (for RUAG) to maximize profit, eliminate competitors and eventually find yourself with an injunction, major lawsuit and a horrible name in the sporting industry. Just my $0.02.

If these are the facts, then the person or people who approved RUAG's actions needs to be in jail for extortion, theft, receiving stolen property, and trying to sell stolen property.
