The Reid angle is completely supportive of throwing a little bit of skepticism towards Big Brother.

Yes the Bundy cas has been litigated. The point you are failing to address is: Has the land ownership been litigated? Does it even need to be litigated? The land ownership issue it seems needs to be resolved before Bundy's case is even considered, because depending on how it goes there may not even be a Bundy case.
