    816892B4-E492-4E32-B80F-972D42CDBBDA.jpeg I’m trying to carve Sitting Bull the Chief of the Hunkpapa Sioux in South Dakota. This is my second try and it's still in progress. I find it difficult for me to get his face correct but I’m going to continue to try.

    I needed a pair of flat bit tongs so I made some. They’re ugly as a hat full of ass, but considering they’re the first pair I have ever made they worked out okay. They work too!

    No, it is wood, many mistakes. For small areas one has to use a toothpick and sandpaper

    Took some milsurp shovels I have had laying around for 3 or 4 years and made homemade angry beaver shovels aka murder sporks. I've got 10-15 dollars into them. I gave two of them to some buddies. They need to be sanded, painted, and the handles sealed.

    They are not perfect, but they beat 80$ for the name brand.
