This is another made-up post attributed to me, by Glock 40.

You're telling me you don't see my name used in post 1013?

Look at the original where I responded to Dennis.

Below is post 1002, you are not quoted, cal7.62x39 is, that's why we're trying to figure out why you think you're quoted there, you're name is nowhere in that post other than where you replied.

Tage Frid Three-Legged Stool Replica

Generally speaking I hate three-legged stools; however this stool was one of Frid’s most successful and iconic designs. While sitting on a fence at a horse show, Frid was inspired to explore the minimal amount of structure needed to support a grown human. The result was a stool with a sixteen inch wide by six inches deep seat.

My goal was to replicate that stool, as closely as possible, using cherry. The legs are mortise-and-tenoned to the seat and wedged with Walnut to ensure strength. There is small addition mortised-and-tenoned to the back of seat to support the back leg and the backrest. The backrest is attached using hand cut dovetails. It took me more time that I thought it would and I somehow used about every tool I had in the shop.

Believe it or not, it is pretty comfortable while playing the guitar or sitting at the reloading bench. Pictures of my
version are below:

If you're interested in seeing pictures of the original it is displayed @ the Moderne Gallery in Philadelphia.
