Rant - BOTACH is horrible

SO I called yesterday when they first opened up to verify the items I wanted were in stock and would ship right away. I had to change two things on my list based on what was available. After the lady said I was good I submitted my order. An hour ago I get an email saying my Magpul MBUS wasn't available in the color I selected. I started calling immediately and after being on hold for 3 minutes it dumped me to voice mail. Non-stop it would dump me to voice mail. Arggghhhh! I have never ordered from them before but just now did a search online and found many complaints about how they operate. /RANT

I have ordered from BotachTactical several times and have never had any problems.

I have only ordered from them once about a year ago. It was the last time forever. Very poor customer service from the ethnic lady on the other end of the line.

Botach has probably the most spotted reputation for tactical gear on the WWW. lots of happy folks with what seem to be an equally large Unhappy crowd.

Wow. I just got an order from them on Monday and one last week. I have ordered from them 20+ times and have never had a problem.

Thanks for the feedback. I have placed a duplicate order with Midway at a slightly higher cost just in case this turns on me. I had two rather large orders.

I hope they get it right. I know they can all screw up. I have had one order go bad with PSA and one go bad with AIM, but all the rest have been good with both.

I've ordered many magpul products from them since it is usually the cheapest place around (using magpul coupon code). Never had an issue. One time half of the order was not in stock so they shipped what they had at the time and the rest later. No issues with them.

I've been ordering from them for God knows how many years...I had horrible experiences and trouble free ones. If you are willing to take the chance of your order flukin up and aren't in a hurry to get it then it's worth the trouble IMO for larger ticket items that you are saving on. If you are talking a few dollars diff, no way I'd order from them lol
