I wouldnt. Just because someone is rude, cold, quiet, reserved, anti-social, or anything else dosnt mean they are crazy or have psychological problems. Im generally quiet and keep to myself but im not crazy. I just happen to collect guns and have a passion for shooting and hunting. If they openly talk about shooting people or killing people then there is genuine concern.
