Hey everybody I've never started a thread or whatever but I could use some help. I have always had problems with rls but lately I just don't sleep much anymore . Does anybody have these sleep problems or any advice on changing life habits. My first step is giving up caffeine and more exercise. Has anyone done a sleep study and if so did you get help. Thanks for any advice, I don't have insurance at the time and anyone out there that's has some helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
