The fitness guru departed this word at age 76 today. I knew all the exercise was a lot of hype!

Damn, I enjoyed his show back in the day as I was eating my cereal on the family couch.
He was interesting to follow in fakebook. Seemed like a super nice guy. And he had just posted 6 hours before found dead. I dont think the guy was gay. just happy? lol

From what I recall of listening to him years ago, I think that’s likely.
He definitely changed a lot of lives and redefined the typical, boring exercise agenda.
His interview with Letterman was hilarious.
