Never reply to their questions with a "yes"! It can be recorded and used to indicate you said "yes" to something they could sell to you.
I've heard that just answering lets them know your number is a working number and may result in more calls.
I never answer, just keep blocking and reporting numbers. It works eventually .

Lately i just answer calls and if its a recording wait until the real person gets on. Then when the Arabic speaking guy name Mike or Tom etc. gets on I then ask them to Press 1 for English or 2 for f?!K @ff and hang up
