I sort of don't think you were joking and trying to CYA.

Here is what I don't get. You didn't get out of your car to give him the beat down he was coming for but you'll willingly beat Yukon for things he said to you on the internet.

In one instance you're a hard ass(here with Yukon) and in the other you show your gun hoping it will make the situation you've created go away. What if the situation did escalate? You yourself said your gun was unloaded. He could have beaten you with your paperweight.

I have a big friend who hates people like you. He says "I hate guns. Every time anyone thinks they are tough and it comes down to it someone pulls a gun. How tough are you holding a gun? Not at all. Even in a group, the gun is always pointed at me first 'cuz I'm usually the biggest. It sucks."

It made me laugh, but he's 100% correct.
