A close 3rd place finish in Iowa... not quite as strong of a showing as I was hoping, especially based on the entrance polls earlier yesterday, but he still picked up plenty of delegates. He's just gotta stay strong and do consistently well in the next several states, and hopefully he will outlast the others.

There have been several medical studies through the years that show many people are genetically inclined to addiction. It can take as little as trying something once to become hooked.

And how does one try something? They CHOOSE. It's not a disease, it's not genetic... it's choice. Regardless of even that, you advocate that government is the solution by banning things. But when they try banning firearms, I'm sure you'll complain about it.

Ban cars. Save 30,000 - 40,000 lives a year in the US. Plus it'll make my job easier not having to share the road with millions of texting idiots. At least airline pilots don't have to contend with sharing airspace with jackasses as I have to share the road.

I'm interested in remaining as free as I possibly can in a socialist nation hell bent on being a prison camp all in the name of "security" and fighting religious wars. Since I leave behind no children and my family is elsewhere, I no longer give a sh*t what happens. Only two things keep me here... the ability (as of now) to own as many firearms as I want and the warm weather. This is not to say I don't enjoy the discussion of evil (religion & politics) and firearms (good) on this forum.
