This is great. I sure hope that it passes with flying colors like it has all the other votes. We are so close to getting this signed into law. It should have been done last time with Brad Henry. But as long as it gets done I don't care.

So where are we at with this? Will it be signed soon? Or do we have to wait till fall?

Even after it is signed, the law will not take effect until Nov 1.

It wouldn't hurt to send an email or make phone calls informing our Senators that SB1733 is on the Agenda for tomorrow and to encourage them to vote "Yes".

I'm cautiously optimistic about this. IIRC, last year it got close, then trashed in an apparently well negotiated manner.

Hell, all I want to do is carry without worrying about my T shirt blowing up when I ride. That's not too much to ask for.
