I don't believe that. I don't see that being an issue anytime soon. I read somewhere that since the original bill, there have been 16? attempts at a ban and non have succeeded. If one does now, I don't see it happening anytime soon. Sometime in the next 4 years possible? Sure, but in 4-6 week, nope.
