He's being interviewed by Pat Campbell, and just said that he owns firearms to ensure his liberty and protect against tyranny. No mincing words or political mumbo-jumbo. Maybe he heard about the blowback from the Inhofe interview.
He kind of disappointed me later in the interview by saying that he's okay with universal NICS checks, but at least he is completely opposed to limiting magazine capacity.
