Absolutely! You are obvioulsy one of those sincere persons who, like me, are never misunderstood because our motives are solely to help others and our unsolicited advice is always taken seriously and acted upon in a positive manner.

I think you should but I don't think you need to just come out and say it... drop some hints, like start telling fat jokes around her! 
I tell you what let me talk to her first and I will give her
some advice on how to handle what you about to tell her !
And set up all of the cameras so we can all see what happens
when you tell her she is fat ! So we can all see you get your ass kicked
