Get off my lawn.
There are shelters and food all over the place. Most of the homeless have food stamp cards. Some homeless people go through the garbage for credit card and identity information and then sell it. They will make up any lie to make you feel sorry for them and get out of a situation. Over the last three years, I have had 24 tires slashed, six cars burned down, and two windows busted out by homeless people. I have no sympathy for able-bodied people that do not work.

Maybe if you were more compassionate, the hobos wouldn't vandalize your car.

You ever do any volunteer work at a shelter or soup Kitchen? Ever get to turn a whole line away because you ran out of food? Ever really had a conversation with a mentally disturbed street person that doesn't want to be there but can't get out?

I'm no bleeding heart lib and certainly not a fan of organized religion but every man should spend time giving back to society by helping those less fortunate, you can tell a difference and identify those that really do need help. I give clothes hats shoes, towels, etc to the salvation army shelters. At Christmas time we took the leftovers from catered parties to the shelters. I also give money to charities.

Sounds like one of two things you've been vandalized because you're not smart enough to park your vehicle in a better neighborhood and vandalism has nothing to do with the indigent more than likely it's gang activity. Or you have really **** on the homeless people in the area where you park your car and Karma is a cast iron *****.

Compassion for your fellow man will go a long way in making your life better.

I have volunteered at food banks and have given away clothing and what-not. The fires were all up and down Lewis and the firefighters had a suspect that was a homeless firebug. My tires were all slashed at the same time and I ran out and almost got ahold of the man as he took off on a bicycle. He was early fifties long hair and army green duffel bag. He used a large hunting knife. Again, I was not the only victim. The vehicles were broken into by another homeless man who claimed he was looking for a place to sleep. Anything nice is now kept inside of my shop and I have cameras. As soon as I get some cash together I will leave North Tulsa.
