Just like any other business, they're trying to make some money (the do-nothing non-profit group). It is a pretty horrible ad though.

The word "stop" on that sign is in awfully small print compared to the rest of the text...You'd think that would be the most important word to emphasize. Someone driving by at 60 might even miss it at a glance, and only see the rest, which is worded poorly.

REALLY weird with the incorrect phone number too.

First time I saw that sign I was thinking first it is advertising for the perverts, 2 nd it pisses me off to know that folks who are not from okc or going thru okc on a vacation or something see that coming to our city
