I went in to pick up the Fatboy Jr door hanging unit I had on order with them and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by what I considered the best stock I've seen since Christmas.

I just missed the .223 (guy in front of me got the last 2 boxes) but there was plenty of .40 and .45 around. Those 2 caliber were some of the last handgun ammo to disappear and now are some of the first to start to show up again. I also saw a lot of .40 at Academy late last week.

They had their safe section almost entirely full again, the pistol cases were now about 40% full, and they had a half dozen S&W M&P-15 .22 rifles and a nice mix of .308 and .223 AR's in stock. Prices on the AR's were still a little high, but they did have a lesser brand AR for $1,169 with some after market tacticool furniture.

It was just nice to see things going in a positive direction. I think the craziness is slowing down.

I went to dongs today... they've got lots of .223 and 5.56 on the shelves. prices seem inline with dongs tradition, but it wasn't just outrageous. They're talking today about some couple that came down from Illinois for ammo. Says Illinois is out of stock everywhere. They were after some obscure stuff and evidently Dongs was the closest place with it.

I heard that story about 6 times in the 10 minutes I was there. Also, someone asked about the Scar and about 6 people busted up laughing.

Went to Bass Pro Saturday. They had plenty of shotgun ammo but allot of the rifle and pistol ammo was gone. They did have 7mm Mauser though so I was glad.

Did sports world have a moe 15/22? And what was the prices of the 15/22's ?

They did have the MOE versions. I saw both dark earth and black versions. I didn't get a good look at the price though. They had about 5 of each, so I'm sure if you call in the morning they will still have them in and will give you a quote.

The staff at BP told me they have a line of people waiting for the store to open. And the way the store is set up, whatever limit on sales is unenforceable. (I forgot. Do they have a limit on ammo and primers?)
