Would you be ok with it if your estate (family) was paid millions for it???
I think Paul Harvey's estate or someone who owns the rights to it had to have been paid for it's use.
I also think that probably Paul Harvey would be happy with the message getting out to the largest audience possible on hundreds of millions of people in a Superbowl commercial. I think that Dodge was very tasteful in their presentation too.
