I got a Benchmade CLA4300BK in the mail yesterday. It is awesome!! G10 handles and only 3.47 ounces. Couldn't be happier.

Is the Benchmade Infidel going to be okay to carry? Or is it still banned as a "dagger"?
I believe it would still be illegal under current law as well as the new law that takes affect on November 1(classified as a dagger), but I am not a lawyer.
I agree; I believe it will still be illegal even after 11/01/15 when HB 1911 takes effect - reason being that HB 1911 did not remove the language from existing law stating that daggers are illegal to carry; it only removed the language stating that switchblades and/or any knife that opens by pressing a "button, spring, or other device" in the handle is illegal.
