Tell me where you buy cast bullets

I got into this reloading mess for the sole purpose of making cheap plinking ammo, which means that I need to start looking into cast bullets. Where do you guys buy yours?

I know the forum favorite is J&K Bullet Casters but I'm looking to load up some wadcutters and they don't have any on their site, at least not for 38 Special

I saw a pretty sizeable supply the other day at H&H. They were Hornady 148 gr DEWC. All lead. Ive used them before with good results. I dont remember the price though. You can still get good results from J&K SWC.

They have a lot of bullets that aren't on their site. Give them a call.

IF they don't have the wadcutters, I'm pretty sure MO Bullet Co has them. I've ordered from them before, and they shipped quickly and did me good.

J&K does not make wadcutters. The most accurate you will find are going to be Hornady Swaged HBWCs, and the cheapest will be either Zero or Mo Bullet.

Biggest problem I've had with big name commercial cast bullets is that they tend to run undersized for caliber and are too soft.

Give J&K a try.
