Jesse, im kinda like Lincoln, cede and watch where I stand. All this talk is happening because the Dems control the Senate and the GOP couldnt beat Obama.

It pains me to see our great county become so divided and kill the integrity and spirit so many before us fought and died for. All of this talk is happening not because of the Democrat controlled Senate and the fact the GOP couldn't oust Obama. This talk is coming from people who ask what did they do to deserve such demonizing by leader of the greatest nation in the free world.

We have a president who used words such as revenge when pumping up his group of voters. Did you cast your vote for revenge? I don't know your social situation, but do you covet your neighbors belongings? Do you feel you are owed for being alive and have no responsibility for your life situation good or bad?

If you are a believer in our president, you are not responsible for being a failure regardless of how well you did or didn't do in school, or you can't take joy in the fact that your hard work built a business or wealth that benefits your family.

The funniest thing to me is how stupid the people are being told they can't do it and accept the fact they are a failure and can only survive with a handout. I'm sorry but I was raised to take care of my self and not take handouts.

I don't believe anyone wants to see this county under such divide with hate and contempt so close to the surface as it is now. This president has done nothing to bring the country together and for those who call themselves patriots, they should be outraged at the continued division that is driven into the heart of the USA.

According to the Mandate of the President based on his recent election, the country spoke loud and clear and the rich people need to pay. Since none of the stupid under achievers can do math, even all the wealth in the USA can't put a dent in the debt we owe. If you can't pay, you can't play...

Well said but actually this has been building for a lot longer then DOHbama has been in office, back even before Clinton.

Very nice speech. Tugs at my heartstrings. Im sure your a nice guy but I aint buying into any Bullshi+ about revolution, civil war or some State ceding. This wouldnt be discussed if the GOP hadnt bet on Romney.

I laugh everytime I hear this crap. Think about how the Union would react if a state pulled this crap. We aint playin with muskets n old cannons and southern chivalry.

It just louder every time we have an election. It will go quite again then come back after the 2016 election no matter who wins.

There's a large Toyota truck plant in San Antonio building the Tundra. And they'd end up staying in TX as I think the chicken tax would keep them from being imported to the US.

I didn't mention revolution or civil war... I simply stated the principles that Obama campaigned for, lower standards, class divide, redistribution of wealth and expansion of entitlement programs. See how you stand by the same core thought that this wouldn't be discussed if Romney had won, you are right.

Romney didn't agree with any of these ideas designed to keep America stupid. Had Romney won, we would be talking about the steps he would take to get people self reliant.

Let's truly think about how the union would react, people who are requesting to leave... at first they will ignore it, then they will fight it legally, and finally they will kill their population. Does this not worry you?

The takers voted in a president who does not have the best interest of the country as a whole in mind, how is this positive in any light for the United States of America?

cool, i didnt know that. Toyota would need to start making 3/4 and 1 ton duallies. 8100lb towing may not be enough.

While I completely support the effort, I also laugh at it too.

A year ago when the Texas state congress was getting ready to pass a law banning the TSA from illegal sexual molestation(airport grope-downs), the Obama regime threatened to enact a ban on all air traffic in Texas and even threatened shooting down airplanes. Oklahoma National Guard was actually put on alert to march on Texas. All that just over some testicle grabbing.

Whatcha thing would happend if Texas really went for it and tried to secede ? It would get real ugly, real quick.

I'm curious how many would actually go after their fellow countrymen? Even if they did have success in this endeavor, I do not think a lot of help would come to the government on this front.
