Ancestry does not check for NA. My wife and I both had Ancestry test done and both showed no NA. My wife's great grand father was Cherokee and my great grand mother was full blood Cherokee. Ancestry is a rip off.

It’s possible and not very probable to have a grandparent be 100% something and a grand kid be 0. We aren’t automatically 25% x if a parent was 50%.

I believe native Americans are the weak point in ancestry dna if I recall correctly. Your results will be continually updated as more and more people take tests.

Years ago I had a friend, gone in his forties, that dated trashy looking gals, not just trashy, they looked infected. And he drove a nice BMW, and always looked like he was on his way to a GQ photo shoot. One night we were in his sailboat, pushing a bottle of Captain Morgan back and forth and after we had gotten pretty well lubricated, I worked up the nerve to ask him, what's with these women you go out with, they look kinda nasty. He says, "Scotty, that's what turns me on," not a bit of shame. I learned a lot from him, not all of it was good, but you have to admire the honesty.

One thing I've learned is they don’t all stay skinny. Check out their mothers for a pretty good idea of what they'll look like a few years down the road. Might find one that will grow into just what you want!

You folks are newlyweds. We've been married for 41 years, this past August. Ain't either one of us as skinny as we usta be!

Though I don't have a good photo of us together, since I'm the default family photographer.
