Intolerance is fine when it suits you. Political correctness is OK when it suits you - when the opposing side pushes for it, they are wrong. But you are right.

Sorry, but you made it my and everyone else's business when you debated religious theology in a religion based topic on a public forum. A simple answer about your beliefs would have gone a long way towards helping me understand the context of your posts in this and every other Christianity themed thread.

I honestly do not see how you affiliate a person being offended by his God being blasphemed as something radical (no correlation to Islam here). Did I infer that any sort of retaliation was due? Do you not have any emotional reaction to a loved one being slandered? Same difference...

I get the feeling there seems to be some underlying animosity towards me and anyone else who suggests that they are a Christian on this forum. I was raised in a Christian household where my father was very much soured on organized Christianity and the views and behavior of those in the church. Because of that I believe that we may have more in common than you think.

In many parts of the World, it's the same motivation that draws people into Gangs.

It's a violent "Religion" so you either play along or you're a target.

Plus, they reproduce like rats so lots of people "Born" into it.

You could also ask what drew people to Charles Manson or Jim Jones? What drew people to Naziism or Communism? There will always be those people who are attracted to the idealistic or charismatic leaders/teachings/promises that are in contrast to whatever they originally believed. As P. T. I believe the the attraction is the Drugs, Booze, unadulterated sex, Polygamy, great selection of weapons, endless amounts of porn, Dominance over women, subservient wife/s... martyrdom followed by endless virgins... it's sort of like living at home with your parents.

What is it we criticize muslims for? Their inability to take a joke or criticism? Hmmm.

...and if I were Muslim I would never visit this site again after viewing that thread. I may be in the minority, but I only come to this site for firearm related discussions. I don't care for the GD area and mainly stay out of it for the simple, honest fact that I am thin-skinned and don't enjoy arguing politics and religion.

As a Christian, I would speak up for the muslims except that I am definitely bigoted toward them.

I would definitely not profess to know what is in your heart (besides what I would imagine to be a boat load of really bad cholesterol from the copious amounts of donuts you consume) but you may not be bigoted toward Muslims.

If you object to and have a bias against the Muslims that have been on a jihad bender for almost 1,400 years killing and raping the infidel world, that would not be defined as being bigoted. You are justified by any definition to be against their hatred.

On the other hand, if you have a predisposed hatred towards anyone who is a Muslim … not just the jihadis that are lopping off heads and raping small farm animals … then you would be a bigot.

Kind of amusing how the religious bigots try to revise history to rationalize their bigotry.

The people of whatever faith as well as those that simply just oppose (any) bigotry are not the one’s firing the first insult or first metaphorical shot. The (halfwit) bigots get return fire and they whine like they are being thrown into the inquisition. What a whiny gaggle of "felines".

Advice? Don’t want to be called a religious bigot? Don’t make bigoted comments. See how easy that is? Try to respectfully disagree without sounding like a halfwit bigot. "LAWL".
