Basically, if you don't have a group of able-bodied men to defend your territory from siege, you can't make it. The lone wolf in the woods can't have a family to take care of, and will still probably not make it after several months.

I suggested on here a few years ago to get someone with a lot of land to figure out an interview & invite process just like joining the gun club. Depending on the size of the land, you could probably set a limit and either invite people who think like you off here to your private prep club, or even charge a membership and setup an LLC...just like a gun club or a Jeep club, etc. But you would have to have the land and time to offer to get it off the ground. Let us know if anyone decides to setup an outdoor "men's club" LOL.

They won’t be a last resort for me. I’ll start trapping them as soon as the balloon goes up to supplement and stretch my stored food.
I actually feel a little guilty when I trap them around my deer feeders and don’t clean them, because I’ve got some black friends here in east TX that love them.

Considering how many people who knew serial killers, "had no clue", I feel like any interview process would come up short

Besides my supply of long term food stored my order of meat will be my chickens ( always keep 1 rooster since I have an incubator) and goats, then deer, then coon and beaver. I see these as pretty much sustainable that brings me back to ammo for protection

I didn't say I expected Him to just give me anything but I'm quite certain He'll more than provide as long as I'm doing His will. Elijah was fed by ravens even when he wasn't in the Lords will I reckon I'll be just fine
