I don't know whether you're trolling or not, but are you under the impression that states have two legislatures? Do they have a Republican legislature that can empanel one slate of electors, and a Democratic legislature that can empanel another slate of electors? Think about it.

...and I’m telling you that what you are hearing, and spreading, is absolute garbage and fake news devoid of any shred of reality in regards to how the process works.

I’ve received no less than 5 fund raising text messages, 6 phone calls, and countless emails today asking me to send money to “help win this fight”.
