FLOOR AMENDMENT HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES State of Oklahoma SPEAKER: CHAIR: I move to amend HB1111 Of the printed Bill Page 2 Section 1 Lines 15-16 Of the Engrossed Bill By striking all language beginning with the word “possessing” on Line 15 through the word “Act” on Line 16; Page 2, Section 1, Lines 16-17: By striking all language beginning with the word “concealed” on Line 16 through the word “handgun” on Line 17; Page 2, Section 1, Line 17: By inserting after the word “handgun” the word “firearm”; Page 2, Section 1, Line 20: By inserting after the period “.” the following language “It shall be lawful for a person carrying a firearm to be in a designated bar area of the restaurant as long as the person carrying the firearm is not consuming beer or alcoholic beverages.”; Page 3, Section 2, Line 17½: By inserting a new subsection A to read as follows: “A. Any establishment where fifty-one percent (51%) of its annual income is derived from alcohol sales consumed on the premises of the establishment shall post on entry doors used by the public signage that reads “51%”); Page 3, Section 2, Line 18: By inserting before the word “Any” the letter “B.”; Page 3, Section 2, Line 19: By inserting after the word “weapon” the following language: “into an establishment that displays on its entry doors a “51%” sign”; and Page 7, Section 4, Line 21: By deleting the year “2019” and inserting in lieu thereof, the year “2020”.
