their goal is to break you down and build you up...endurance is the key for PT. even if you can do more on your first pt test or two you might play it up...the road marches are hell, best way to get through them on the long ones (like 25 miles grumble grumble grumble) is to get going and start thinking about something else and distract yourself.

Of course the most important part is to enjoy the training and have fun. There is a lot I'd love to go back and do again.
