My dad finally got his lifetime license. Might see if he wants to join me in the blind Friday.
Can't wait to see this guy next year. Hopefully he makes it through the season and doesn't present me a shot with my crossbow this year.

My son actually named it that. It’s his favorite spot to sit. It’s a little clearing in the woods about the size of a two car garage. Mostly does and fawns but occasionally we get one like this cruising through.I just don’t think it’s at right to post this picture!!!

I should have gone out tonight but I told the wife that I’d help her do the yard lights. I get home from work and she was already done! So, I think I’ll hunt in the morning.

Second coyote on camera at this spot within the last day or so.
I had a buck on camera a few years ago that had a growth, hematoma, or whatever about the size of a big cantaloupe, and I intended to shoot him but never saw him from the deer stand. He showed back up later with no growth. After talking to a biologist friend, he said it could’ve just been caused by a locust thorn.
