I’ve told this story before, but I videoed a decent buck a couple years ago. About 20 minutes after he left my sight, I heard a shot in the direction he went. The next day I texted the guy I know that hunts up there to see what they had shot, and it was the deer I videoed.

The turkey found our yard feeder today. This group of Tom’s had a couple with some pretty good beards. One that was observed but not in the pic was a paint brush with a beard that had to be 8-9” long.

This is a new buck that just showed up. He has a lot of the characteristics of the wide buck I chased for so many years.
